The goal for SAKI’s visual identity was to create a grungy, mysterious, and alternative aesthetic. As an Icelandic hip-hop and alternative artist, the overall visual direction needed to align with his musical style and tone.
SAKI has commissioned me for a range of projects, including promotional materials, cover designs, and other visual content.

Ást
Ást was released on 14 February 2024. It was one of SAKI’s first three singles and explores themes of superficial love. In response to this concept, we designed the cover around the idea of a shopping basket containing a “love pack,” emphasizing the commodification of affection.
A promotional video and Spotify canvas were also created to accompany the track.

Dauðvona
Dauðvona was released on 7 January 2024 by SAKI.
The song explores the concept of “dying from love,” and our design response was a heart monitor–inspired visual identity, translating the emotional intensity of the track into a clinical, rhythmic graphic language.

Kvíðakast
Kvíðakast is an unreleased single by SAKI.
The track explores themes of stress and anxiety in everyday life. The cover design aims to reflect both the emotional tone and lyrical content of the song, translating its sense of tension and overwhelm into a visual form.

Herskár
Herskár is an unreleased album by SAKI.
For this project, SAKI requested a romantic and adventurous visual direction, featuring a woman waiting in a doorway, combined with dark fantasy aesthetics. The design aimed to balance emotional intimacy with a sense of mystery and narrative atmosphere.
